A Lunch with the Court with U.S. Magistrate Judge Eva Dossier is scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 12 p.m.

On Tuesday, September 24th from 3-4 p.m. the New Orleans Chapter of the FBA will host a Bankruptcy CLE for non-bankruptcy and bankruptcy practitioners focused on bankruptcy for the small business client. Topics will include eligibility issues, what to do about personal guarantees and conflicts, when to talk to a bankruptcy attorney, what to do instead of bankruptcy, and how to recognize conflicts in representing a company and its long term board members or ownership.
