Please join us on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. for our FREE Women's History Month CLE presentation - "That All Men Are Created Equal" but what about the women? 250 years of American laws affecting the female half of "We the People". Dean Madeleine Landrieu (Loyola Law), Dean Marcilynn Burke (Loyola Law), Dean Caprice Roberts (LSU Law), Professor Saru Matambanadzo (Tulane Law), and Professor Courtney Turkington (Loyola Law) will start with an historic overview of property laws, employment rights, reproductive freedoms, and voting issues, followed by a group discussion on where we are now and what the future may hold in the ongoing struggle for women's equality. 

 In conjunction with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, this program is co-sponsored by the Association for Women Attorneys, BRBA, BRFBA, GNO Martinet Society, LSBA YLD, NOBA, NOFBA, St. Thomas More-Loyola Inn of Court, Tulane Inn of Court, and Wex. S. Malone Inn of Court.
